Pan-fried Pomfret

Remove the internal organs of the pomfret and clean it

Hit a cross knife on both sides of the fish.

Put it in a basin.

Prepare shredded green onion and ginger.

Put the chopped green onion and ginger into the fish pot.

Add white pepper, salt and cooking wine.

Knead the fish evenly with your hands and marinate for 15 minutes.
