Pan-fried Pork Belly

Ingredients: peeled pork belly, barbecue sauce

Thinly sliced pork belly

Mince garlic, slice ginger

Put the chopped pork belly into a large bowl, add chopped garlic, ginger, cooking wine, oyster sauce, barbecue sauce

Grab well and pickle for more than 2 hours
