Pan-fried Pork Belly

Prepare the main raw materials.

The washed pork belly, freeze in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, take it out, and cut into slices about 1 cm. (Frozen harder, more convenient for slicing)

Garlic, peeled and finely chopped.

Take a clean fresh-keeping bag and put the cut pork belly and minced garlic into it.

Then pour the marinade ingredients.

Add cooking wine and cold water.

Grasp the bag tightly, massage it for about 5 minutes, let it stand and marinate for more than 2 hours.

The preheated electric baking pan, brush a thin layer of oil, and then spread the marinated pork belly.

Cover with a lid, fry until slightly browned on one side, then turn it over.

On both sides, fry for about 5 minutes in total. Drain the oil and serve on a plate. Serve deliciously.
Tips:
1: The wizard directly uses the barbecue marinade, which is more convenient. If there is no such marinade, it can be mixed directly, usually soy sauce, cooking wine, five-spice powder, chili powder, refined salt, sugar, and oyster sauce.
2: In hot places, it is best to put it in the refrigerator when marinating.
3: You can also pickle more at one time, and fry whenever you want.
4: Fried pork belly, lettuce, and kimchi are eaten together, which is equivalent to Korean barbecue.
