Pan-fried Salmon
1.
➀Ingredient preparation: salmon, lemon, 1 egg, 1 spoon of starch, a little salt (you can leave it alone)
Tips: Eggs and starch are both small secrets that can make the meat more tender, and can reduce the loss of nutrients that can wrap the fish.
2.
Sprinkle a little salt on the salmon (salt is not required for under 1 year old), squeeze in an appropriate amount of lemon juice (to help remove the fishy smell of the salmon), and marinate for 10 minutes.
3.
Sprinkle the marinated salmon with a little dry starch and grab it.
4.
Sprinkle a little egg liquid, the salmon is covered with egg liquid (I used about half the amount of egg liquid). Heat the pan, brush with a thin layer of oil, and put the salmon pieces into the pan with chopsticks.
5.
Turn on a medium-to-small heat, and turn it over after it's cooked! Fry until golden on both sides
6.
With broccoli, sweet peppers, mashed potatoes, multigrain porridge (cakes, rice), etc., a delicious and nutritious meal is ready.

Tips: The child’s brain development begins at the fetal period. It has reached 80% at around 3 years old. In addition to factors such as genetics, during the critical period of the baby’s brain development, adequate nutritional support is provided to allow the baby to eat well. It is more important than learning a few words and memorizing a few nursery rhymes!
