Pan-fried Salmon

Cut salmon meat into pieces, each with a thickness of 1cm~2cm. Use salt, cooking wine, pepper and squeeze in lemon juice, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes

Put a small piece of butter in the pan and bring to the boil on medium heat

Put the salmon meat into the pan and fry

Sprinkle salt, pepper and five-spice powder evenly on the surface when frying on each side

Observe the fish from the side, it can be turned over after half of the thickness has changed color

Pour in the seafood soy sauce, or a little when there is red wine. Cover the pot and let it sit for half a minute before serving
7.
Spread tomato sauce on the surface after serving. If you buy fish with mustard paste as a gift, you can also eat it with a meal
