Pan-fried Salmon

Cut the salmon into 1 inch thick pieces. Spread salt on both sides and sprinkle with mixed herbs. (Or black pepper.)

Heat the oil in a pan, put the salmon in and fry on high heat for 1 minute to quickly lock in the moisture.

Turn over and fry on high heat for 1 minute, then turn to low heat and fry for about 3 minutes.
4.
Turn it over and fry for about 2 minutes. (You can use chopsticks to pull out the back to see if it's cooked through.)
5.
Fragrant and juicy.
