Pan-fried Salmon
1.
Prepare the ingredients (because I ate this meal today, the amount is relatively large, you can choose the seasoning vegetables according to your own preferences, my color is more beautiful);
2.
Rinse the salmon with clean water and peel it (don’t look at the salmon on the package, it’s very attractive, there is still a silver skin underneath it, but it’s very good), sprinkle some black pepper and salt, cut the lemon in half, and heat it in a microwave on high heat After half a minute (more juice can be squeezed out), pour an appropriate amount on the fish and marinate for about 10 minutes;
3.
While marinating the fish, prepare the vegetables, wash the asparagus, remove the roots and cut into sections;
4.
Peel and slice carrots;
5.
Boil water in a pot (I boiled the water before to save time). After the water is boiled, add the asparagus, carrot slices and appropriate amount of salt, and blanch for about 1 minute;
6.
Too cold water, add a small amount of olive oil for later use;
7.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into half-centimeter thick slices, spread them flat on a plate, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, put them in the microwave on medium-high heat for 1 minute, turn over and continue to heat for 1 minute on high heat (I used to cover it with a layer to keep it fresh) Membrane, but I found that the potatoes here have more moisture, so I omitted it);
8.
At this time the fish is also marinated, slice the garlic cloves, and start frying-take a non-stick pan and add a small amount of olive oil (in the end it was proved that this oil was still added);
9.
When the oil is slightly hot, add garlic slices (olive oil and salmon do not need high temperature), then add the fish pieces, and fry over a small fire (the maximum fire in our public kitchen is 9, I used 3), turn it over and fry again after about 2 minutes 2 minutes, turn off the heat, and sprinkle some black pepper (I really like black pepper);
10.
Put it on the plate-put blanched vegetables next to it, and then drizzle some lemon juice, it is very appetizing;
11.
The plate is not big enough, the potato chips can only be surrounded by it.
Tips:
Vegetables really depend on personal preference. My collocation is for reference only, but I still strongly recommend it. Potato chips are convenient and delicious to be heated in a microwave without adding extra calories. There is no way that potatoes are a mainstay abroad. There are many Chinese cooking methods for vegetables and even staple foods.
I personally think that lemon juice cannot be saved. If it doesn't work, use white vinegar instead, but there is no lemon juice.
