Pan-fried Salmon Head

Wash the salmon head.

Chop small pieces and marinate with salt, cooking wine and pepper for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle with flour so that each piece is glued with a thin layer of flour.

Heat the oil in a pan, put the fish in, and fry slowly.
5.
After one side is golden, turn it over and fry the other side.
6.
Fry until golden on both sides and the fish is cooked through.
