Pan-fried Salmon with Black Pepper

Raw materials. Salmon is thorned, peeled, and dried with kitchen paper towels.

Cut the salmon into two pieces. Spread the salmon on both sides with salt and black pepper and let it rest for half an hour.

A few minutes before frying, squeeze in lemon juice to marinate.

Tips:
1. When buying salmon, buy fresh salmon. You can gently press the salmon with your fingers. The fish is not firm, and the salmon that cannot be restored immediately after pressing it is not fresh.
