Pan-fried Salmon with Lime Juice

Marinate the salmon with white wine, ginger, and soy sauce. Cut half a lemon and pour the juice on top. Let stand for 10-15 minutes.

Heat the butter in a pan.

Fry for a minute or two until the aroma of ginger comes out, then use chopsticks to pick out the ginger.

Put the marinated salmon in the pot.

Fry until browned and turn it over.

Sprinkle the fried salmon with black pepper and salt, and drizzle some lemon juice.
Tips:
Butter can be replaced with ordinary cooking oil. Fry the fish with a spatula from time to time to avoid scorching.
