Pan-fried Salmon with Lime Juice
1.
Prepare a piece of fresh salmon
2.
Cut a few knives along the lines for easy taste
3.
Put the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic on top
4.
Drop a few drops of fresh shellfish. I personally think the taste of this shellfish is good, the taste is delicious, and the saltiness is just right. You don't need to put salt in this, otherwise it will be very salty
5.
A little fish sauce. (If you don’t have one, you can leave it alone, this one will go to fishy and freshen up)
6.
A moderate amount of ground black pepper. Adjust according to your taste
7.
Marinate all seasonings for at least 30 minutes. (Because no seasoning is added in the later frying process, so the taste must be in, and it will not spoil the freshness of the salmon)
8.
I marinated for about two hours, put the bottom oil in the pot (preferably olive oil and vegetable oil)
9.
Heat the oil and fry the salmon. The onion, ginger, and minced garlic used when marinating can be thrown away and put in new ones. (I also cut a few pieces of eryngii mushrooms for serving)
10.
The whole process should be fried on medium and small fire
11.
It is highly recommended to put a few drops of lemon juice out of the pot and it tastes very good
