Pan-fried Salt and Pepper Tofu

A piece of brine tofu. Salt and pepper, the amount of chili noodles. I used some white pepper.

Cut tofu into pieces. Add a spoonful of salt to a large bowl and soak in water for 10 minutes to remove the fishy smell.

Remove the tofu and place it on kitchen paper to dry it. Preheat the pan, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, add tofu, fry on both sides slightly yellow, sprinkle in appropriate amount of salt and pepper and chili noodles according to your taste. (I added some white pepper noodles), continue frying until both sides are browned.

Sprinkle diced chives in a pan.
