Pan-fried Saury

Cut off the head and tail of the saury, cut open the belly with scissors, clean up, and cut in half.

Marinate with cooking wine and salt for more than 30 minutes.

Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan and fry the fish on medium-high heat until golden noodles. (You don't need to put more oil, the fish will get oily when frying.)
5.
Turn it over and continue until the fish is cooked.
6.
Simple and delicious.
