Pan-fried Saury

The saury is cleaned with cooking wine, salt, green onion and ginger and marinated for half an hour.

Stir the two eggs well.
3.
Add appropriate amount of dry starch to the egg liquid and wrap it with saury.
4.
Put a small amount of oil in the pan.
5.
Fry the saury on medium heat until golden on both sides.
6.
Less oil and healthy, the delicious saury is out of the pot!
