Pan-fried Saury

Prepare the ingredients.

The saury is cleaned after removing its internal organs, and soaked in green onion ginger cooking wine and salt for half an hour to remove fishy.

Heat the multifunctional cooking pot over high heat, and pour in the right amount of olive oil.

Add the marinated saury to medium heat, cover and fry for about 1 minute.

Fry until golden brown, turn over and continue to fry under the cover.

Sprinkle some green orange slices and shallots on the surface of the fish to start.
Tips:
1 Turn off the heat in advance when it's almost ready at the end, because the residual heat can last for a long time, which will cause the fish to fry.
2 The saury has many small spines, so be careful when you eat it.
