Pan-fried Saury

Prepare the materials.

Cut the green onion and ginger.

After removing the intestines and gills of the saury, add a little salt, cooking wine, green onion and ginger for 10 minutes to taste.

Drain the marinated saury and spread the grilling ingredients evenly. (Remember to sprinkle some in the belly of the fish)
