Pan-fried Saury

After removing the viscera and gills of the fish, wash it with water and protect it in the basin.

Put 1 or a half of rice wine, a pinch of salt, pepper, aniseed, green onion, and ginger slices in the basin. Then squeeze a few drops of lemon juice. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Remove the fish and cut into sections. Add 1 egg and stir well. Squeeze a few more drops of lemon juice.

Fish wrapped in cornstarch.

Put a little oil in the frying pan, fry the fish until golden on both sides, and then take it out (I forgot to take the picture in the frying pan in a hurry--||)
Tips:
1. Don't make too much fire during frying
2. Adhering to a healthy diet, don't put too much oil
3. According to personal taste, it can be matched with tomato sauce, salt and pepper
