Home-cooked Needlefish

Main and auxiliary materials: needlefish, green onion, ginger and garlic

Wash the needlefish and cut into sections

Heat oil in a pan, add green onion, ginger, garlic and fry until fragrant

Put in the fish section

The edible head of the needle-mouthed fish is less edible and can be discarded.
