Pan-fried Saury

The saury is gutted, washed, and marinated with salt for 30 minutes

Put peanut oil in the pot to heat up

Put the fish in the pan and fry on low heat
4.
Fry both sides

It can be served, sprinkle with chopped green onion and chili to garnish
Tips:
You must use a non-stick pan for frying fish, which is easier to operate. If you don’t have an iron pan, heat the pan and pour the oil in, so that it will not stick to the pan.
