Pan-fried Saury

Remove the gills and intestines of the saury, wash and drain the water

Put a little olive oil in the pot and fry the saury on low fire. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the fish.

Fry until golden on one side, turn it over, sprinkle with salt and minced black pepper
4.
Fry both sides until golden brown, then it's ready. Serve on a plate and decorate with vegetables
5.
Squeeze lemon juice when eating. A very simple dish is ready! Enjoy it!
