Pan-fried Shrimp Skewers

Soak the bamboo sticks in water for 30 minutes in advance, which is more resistant to high temperature;

Defrost and wash the shrimps, and drain the water;

Finely chop rosemary and thyme;

Put the prawns in a bowl, add chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, olive oil, sea salt, freshly ground black pepper and lemon juice. Grab well and marinate for 30 minutes to make it delicious;

Skewer the shrimp in with a bamboo stick;

Add a little oil to the pan. After heating, add shrimp skewers and fry until golden brown on both sides.

1. Fresh shrimp is more delicious.
