Pan Fried Small Yellow Croaker

Wash the small yellow croaker, drain the water and place it in a dish, add ginger slices, celery leaves, salt and cooking wine to marinate for a quarter of an hour

Fire in a non-stick pan and pour vegetable oil into it. Add ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add the marinated yellow croaker in turn

Fry the two noodles and serve on a plate; ginger, garlic, green pepper, red pepper, and celery are also well cut

Tips:
If you are not quick, be patient, the yellow croaker is very tender, so be gentle when you turn it over.
