Pan-fried Tofu

The old tofu that I bought is a bit smaller than the old tofu I bought in the past. Cut it in half and rinse it with cold water to control the moisture. The garlic sprouts are cleaned and soaked in light salt water for about 10 minutes, and then cleaned repeatedly, which has the effect of sterilizing and removing pesticides. Peel the garlic and wash.

Cut the garlic into sections and slice the garlic. Here you can also add some ingredients that you like.

Cut the tofu into pieces, and the old tofu is also very tender. After you buy it, it will settle for a while. A lot of tofu milk can be produced, which is easier to handle. Otherwise, the tofu is tender and easy to break.

Prepare an egg, beat and stir well, add appropriate amount of salt and pepper and stir well. Prepare half a bowl of flour. Actually, you don’t need much flour.

Add a proper amount of oil to the pan, take a slice of tofu, dip it in a layer of flour, then coat it with a layer of egg liquid, and fry it slowly in the pan over a low heat.

Fry on one side, turn over and fry on the other side, fry until golden on both sides, pay attention to fry on low heat, do not fry, then take out and set aside.

Add a little oil to the pot, saute the five-spice powder and garlic slices, add some light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt to taste, add half a bowl of water, add tofu, and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add garlic sprouts and stir fry, pour in a little wet starch to thicken the thick gorgon, turn off the heat.
