Pan-fried Tofu

Cut the northern tofu into cubes, and need to be thicker, not too thin.

Add a little oil and add the cut tofu.

Let it fry on one side until golden brown, turn it over and fry the other side.

After both sides are fried, they can be served on a plate.

Chop the chopped green onion and add the light soy sauce. The fried tofu is delicious with this.
