Pan-fried Tofu

To prepare the ingredients, tofu is best brined tofu, and green onions are best to use green onion leaves.

Cut the tofu into about 3 cm thick slices.

Chop green onion leaves, parsley, peppercorns and set aside.

Put oil in the pan and fry the tofu until golden on both sides.
5.
Take out the tofu and put it on a plate, put the coriander, green onion, peppercorns in a bowl and pour the seafood soy sauce to finish.
6.
Put the ingredients on the tofu and eat with the tofu.
Tips:
I don't add chicken essence and MSG in my cooking. If you are not used to eating, you can add it according to your own taste.
