Pan-fried Tofu

Cut the tofu into rectangular pieces about 5*3CM

Fry in a pan until golden on both sides, a little older

Sprinkle the fried tofu with salt and MSG (if you don’t like it, you don’t need to put it)

Pour in hot water (no need to stir), let it cool, and then put it in the refrigerator
