Pan-fried Tofu Beef Patties

Cut the tofu into small pieces for easy break up and flavor.

Put the tofu into the pot, boil water to remove the fishy, remember to pot under cold water.

Remove the diced tofu and stir into the tofu puree with your hands or a spoon.

Add beef, diced carrots, leeks, and diced shiitake mushrooms to the pureed tofu. Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to taste. If you like spicy food, you can add some chili noodles.

Add glutinous rice flour and knead evenly.

You can rub it a few more times and set it aside for later use.

Divide the kneaded beef tofu into several pieces and press them into pie shapes in your hands and fry them in a pan.

Fry until golden brown on both sides before serving.

Put it on oil-absorbing paper and serve with some spicy cabbage. With a bite, it is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The tenderness is mainly because the tofu contains water, which is really delicious.
