Tomatoes are our most common ingredients, and they are available all year round. They can be eaten raw or cooked after cooking. Their nutritional value is also very high, so they are deeply loved by everyone. The most common way to eat tomatoes is "tomato scrambled eggs" and "tomato egg soup", which I often make. However, I feel a little boring to eat too much, so I always want to change the way of eating. On the recommendation of a friend, I tried this pan-fried tomato. It is sour and sweet, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It feels quite fresh. Friends who like it may wish to try it.

Pan-fried Tomatoes

1. Prepare the required ingredients

2. Beat 1 egg, salt, powdered sugar (or soft white sugar) and a little black pepper into the bowl, and beat evenly

3. Wash the tomatoes and slice them (moderate thickness), you can sprinkle some powdered sugar

4. Coat the tomato slices with cornstarch

5. Roll it in the egg liquid again

6. Coat the bread crumbs evenly and press gently with your hands to make the bread crumbs not easy to fall off

7. Make all of them in turn

8. Put it in a frying pan and fry on medium heat until golden brown. It tastes better when eaten hot

Tips:

1. If there is no powdered sugar, soft white sugar can also be used
2. It is best not to buy tomatoes that are too soft, as the juice will flow out easily after cutting, and the heart will be empty
3. When frying, the fire should not be too high. After frying, you can put it on the absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil.
