Yellow foot is a kind of marine fish, but I think its meat is very similar to freshwater fish, very tender. It is usually steamed, but occasionally braised in brown sauce. Pan-fried Yellow Foot Stand

1. Clean the yellow foot stand, and then make a few cuts on the skin
