Pan Muffins/cakes

Separate the egg yolk and egg white, stir the egg yolk and milk evenly, and add the sifted low-gluten flour.

Stir evenly, the state of the egg yolk paste is relatively thick.

Add fine sugar to the egg whites and beat them at high speed until they will not fall off.

Put a tablespoon of meringue into the egg yolk paste and mix it evenly with a manual whisk.

After stirring, pour it back into the meringue and stir evenly with a spatula.

Dip a kitchen towel with a little oil and rub it on the bottom of the kitchen pan. After preheating, turn to low heat and put the egg batter in the pan.

After the egg batter is slightly solidified, sprinkle a little water on it, turn it over and fry until cooked.
Tips:
It's delicious both cold and hot, and it's easy to carry around. You can also prepare it in advance when you take your children out to play.
