Pan Roast

1. Wash and slice pork belly.

2. Put the meat slices directly into the pan without putting oil in the pan.

3. Fry slowly until the meat slices spit oil and brown on both sides.

4. Put the lettuce on the bottom and put the fried meat slices on it.
