Pancakes

Wash the leeks and shepherd's purse.

Hot the vermicelli and cut the shepherd's purse.

Fry the eggs, put on shepherd's purse and stir fry for a while, put leeks and vermicelli. Oil, salt. Stir well and set aside.

Put the filling in the pancake, wrap it, and bake it in the pancake stall.
