Tips:
1. Just shape the biscuit dough, don't knead it for a long time, so as to prevent the tendons from affecting the crispness
2. The weather is relatively hot. If the dough is too soft and difficult to shape, it can be kept in the refrigerator for a while before continuing.
3. The prepared biscuit dough can be kept in the refrigerator for a while, rounded and then frozen, it will be rounder
