Panda Cookies

Except for cocoa powder and matcha powder, pour all the other ingredients together and grab them by hand and set aside

Divide the dough into three doughs of different sizes. The largest one is mixed with matcha powder, and the smallest one is mixed with cocoa powder.

Place the dough in a panda pattern in turn, make the ears, eyes and mouth with cocoa powder, make the face with the original flavor, and wrap the whole with matcha flavor. Roll them into rolls and cut them into blocks of the same size and thickness for later use. Preheat up and down 200 degrees for 20 minutes

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, as shown above

After cooling, it’s served on a plate. It tastes sweet and has a matcha and cocoa flavor.
