Pangasius in Tomato Sauce

After the pangasius is naturally thawed at room temperature, cut into pieces.

Marinate the fish pieces with a little salt and black pepper for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated fish.

Fry on one side until slightly yellow and turn it over. Fry both sides until slightly yellow before serving.

Peel and cut tomatoes, chop green onions, and slice garlic.

Leave the fish oil in the frying pan and saute the shallots and garlic.

Add tomatoes and sauté the red oil.

Add light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and a little salt to taste.

Add the fried fish cubes.
