Papaya barley porridge is made of brown rice, barley, red dates, and papaya. It is one of the must-chosen congee products for MM.
In the hot and humid summer, drink a bowl of carefully cooked porridge to nourish, nourish and relieve heat.

Ingredients

Papaya and Barley Congee

1. Prepare papaya, brown rice, coix seed, and red dates.

2. Peel the papaya, remove the flesh, and cut into small pieces for later use.

3. Coix seed and red dates are soaked in warm water, washed and set aside.

4. Wash the brown rice, put it in a sand pot, add some cold water, reduce the heat after boiling, and simmer for 15 minutes.

5. Pour in the soaked coix seed and red dates; cook for another 10 minutes.
