Papaya Coconut Milk Jelly
1.
Prepare all the ingredients (this papaya is super ugly, bought by my niece, it is recommended to buy a standard oval shape), I made coconut milk with coconut powder and milk powder
2.
I made coconut milk with coconut powder and milk powder (there is ready-made coconut milk for direct use)
3.
Pour the coconut milk into a pot, bring to a boil on low heat, add the gelatin slices soaked in advance, melt the gelatin slices, turn off the heat and let cool for later use
4.
Remove the head of the papaya (I cut this papaya to the middle, so don’t buy it in this shape)
5.
Remove the papaya seeds, then pour in cold coconut milk
6.
The small bowl at the bottom is well cushioned, as shown in the figure
7.
Send it to the refrigerator for 5 hours until it solidifies
8.
Cut and plate
Tips:
Without coconut milk, milk is fine, and other juices are fine. The taste is different.
