Papaya Coconut Milk Jelly

Prepare materials

Cut the gelatine slices into small pieces, soak in cold water to soften

Heat the coconut milk in a small milk pot without boiling, add condensed milk to adjust the flavor, add the soaked gelatine slices, stir to melt, and leave to cool

Cut a part of the papaya from the base, scoop out the black papaya in the belly with a spoon, and pour it into the cool coconut milk

Wrap it with a layer of plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to cool for at least two hours to freeze the coconut milk

Tips:
If you don’t have coconut milk, you can directly use coconut milk instead. The coconut milk itself has a sweet taste, so reduce the condensed milk as appropriate.
