Ingredients

Papaya Coconut Milk Jelly

1. Prepare materials

2. Cut the gelatine slices into small pieces, soak in cold water to soften

3. Heat the coconut milk in a small milk pot without boiling, add condensed milk to adjust the flavor, add the soaked gelatine slices, stir to melt, and leave to cool

4. Cut a part of the papaya from the base, scoop out the black papaya in the belly with a spoon, and pour it into the cool coconut milk

5. Wrap it with a layer of plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to cool for at least two hours to freeze the coconut milk

6. After freezing, cut open and put it into the shape you like

7. Cold and creamy, delicious

Tips:

If you don’t have coconut milk, you can directly use coconut milk instead. The coconut milk itself has a sweet taste, so reduce the condensed milk as appropriate.
