Papaya Coconut Sago

Ingredients: coconut milk, papaya, sago

Wash the sago and soak it in cold water for a quarter of an hour

Wash the papaya and cut it in half, dig out the papaya seeds

Add water to a boiling pot and pour in the soaked sago, turn on medium and small heat, keep stirring the sago in the pot, be careful to stick

Boil the sago until transparent, pour out, rinse with cold water, and drain

Boil the pot and continue to add water to boil, then pour the sago and boil for a minute or two, then turn off the heat

Pour coconut milk into the papaya

Drain the cooked sago and add it to the coconut milk. You're done
Tips:
It doesn’t matter if the sago is more or less according to your preference, but it must be burned to be transparent and washed once, so that the starch mucus can be washed away, and the sago can be separated one by one without sticking into a ball.
