Papaya Custard

Milk, papaya, eggs, sugar, ginger

Except ginger, pour all the ingredients into the soy milk bucket;

Stir it into custard

Use a ginger grinder to grind the ginger paste into the milk paste and mix well;

Pour the processed milk paste into a bowl, pour boiling water into the pot, put it on the steaming rack, and put the milk paste on top;
6.
Cover a heavy dish, close the lid, and cover for 10 minutes;
7.
Steamed papaya custard.
