Papaya Custard Pudding

1. Cut the papaya into small dices, and cut half of them for decoration

Half of the papaya puree with a food processor

Add caster sugar and a small amount of custard powder

Beat the eggs and stir until the sugar melts.

Pour the papaya puree milk and stir evenly into custard.

Sift the egg and milk twice into the baking cup.
7.
Put it in a baking dish filled with water and bake it in a water bath.
8.
Bake at 160 degrees for 35 minutes in the middle and lower oven. It can also be steamed in a steamer.

1. The ratio of whole eggs or egg yolks can be adjusted according to different stages of children.
2. This pudding can be operated by steaming.
