Get up early, make breakfast for your family, bake a plate of Portuguese tarts, squeeze a jug of papaya milk, and complete the nutritious breakfast! Two simple things, I have been busy in the kitchen for an hour and a half... If I don’t need to take pictures, I guess it can be done in less than an hour! Sometimes I feel that taking pictures is tiring! So when I have no energy, I just take a photo of the results and I don’t bother to post the recipe...

Papaya Milk

1. Peel the papaya and rinse the papaya from the surface

2. Cut the papaya into small pieces for easy putting in the juicer

3. Put the papaya diced into the juicer

4. Pour into a glass of distilled drinking water

5. Add a 250ml bottle of milk

6. Add 50 grams of white sugar

7. Start the juicer, 5 minutes later, the papaya milk juice is complete

8. Put it in a cup and taste it for your family! The baby likes to drink it, sweet, milky, hehe

Tips:

Papaya milk juice does not need to be boiled, so use distilled water or mineral water for drinking. Do not use the water from the tap directly to avoid diarrhea.
