Papaya Milk Jelly

Prepare the ingredients and wash the papaya

Cut the papaya at the top, take out the seeds and flesh with a spoon.

Pour the sugar into the milk and boil on low heat

Soak the gelatine slices in clean water to soften it

After soaking the gelatin sheet, remove the water and squeeze it out, put it into the boiled milk, stir well until the gelatin sheet melts, then let it cool

Pour the cold milk liquid into the papaya, seal it with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator for two hours.
Tips:
Do not soak the gelatine slices for too long, just soak for a while, soaking for too long will melt, and ice water can be used for soaking in summer when the temperature is high.
