Papaya Milk Jelly
1.
Gelatine tablets are soaked in water to soften; add white sugar to milk and heat it over low heat (don't need to boil, just warm it up);
2.
Squeeze the soaked gelatin sheet to remove excess water, add it to the milk, stir evenly, let the gelatin sheet completely blend into the milk, let cool for later use
3.
Cut off a small part of the top of the papaya, then use a small spoon to gently hollow out the seeds in the middle
4.
Put a small bowl on the bottom of the papaya to make it more stable, then gently pour the milk into the papaya, cover the top lid, wrap it with plastic wrap, and keep it in the refrigerator for two hours
5.
After the milk is completely solidified, take it out and cut into small pieces.
