Papaya Milk Jelly
1.
Soak the gelatin sheet in clean water to soften it. Soak for about 30 minutes
2.
Put the papaya in a suitable deep container, cut the bottom, scoop out the seeds with a spoon
3.
Add 1 spoonful of coarse granulated sugar to the pure milk and heat it to dissolve.
4.
Add the softened gelatin flakes (about 2 grams) to the warm milk and mix well
5.
Pour the milk into the papaya sac, seal the cut with plastic wrap, and then put it in the refrigerator to freeze for more than 4 hours
6.
After cutting off the top, cut the papaya in half with a knife from the middle
7.
And then cut into small pieces to complete
Tips:
The amount of milk that needs to be poured is different for each papaya. We can measure it like this. After the papaya seeds are dug out, pour in clean water, then weigh the weight of the clean water, and then replace the clean water with the same weight of pure milk.
