Papaya Milk Jelly

1. Prepare the ingredients, put the isinglass powder and water in a small bowl, let the isinglass powder absorb water and expand

2. Wash the skin of the papaya, cut off the head, and take out the seeds inside with a spoon

3. Then put it upright on a small bowl for later use

4. Put milk, whipped cream and sugar in a stainless steel basin

5. Put it on a low heat and heat it until the sugar melts.

6. Pour the fish glue into the milk, stir to melt and mix

7. Let the mixed milk cool, then pour it into the papaya

8. Put it in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours, then take it out and cut into pieces.

Tips:

Keep refrigerated for as long as possible, so that the milk can be completely solidified!
