Papaya Milk Jelly
1.
Wash the papaya and cut from the tail
2.
Use a spoon to remove the seeds of the papaya
3.
Take a bowl, put an appropriate amount of water, put on the steaming rack, take a bowl, put an appropriate amount of milk, and heat it on a low heat
4.
Prepare gelatin powder, pour it into milk, add sugar
5.
Stir until the gelatin powder melts
6.
Pour into the papaya
7.
Stamped. After letting cool, put it in the refrigerator (not frozen) for at least 4 hours. After the milk has solidified, it can be cut and eaten. Best overnight (I do it at night, take it out the next day and cut it open)
Tips:
1. Put enough gelatin powder, too little will not solidify.
2. Papaya is refrigerated, not frozen.
