Papaya Milk Jelly
1.
Wash the papaya and cut it from one side.
2.
Use a long spoon to dig out the seeds, making the inner wall as smooth as possible.
3.
Gelatine tablets are soaked in ice water to soften them and squeeze out the water.
4.
Pour the milk into the milk pan and heat it over a low heat.
5.
Heat a spoonful of sugar and stir until melted.
6.
Heat the milk until there are small bubbles on the side of the pot. Turn off the heat, heat the gelatin flakes and stir until melted.
7.
Let the milk cool and pour it into the papaya.
8.
Close the lid. Wrap it in a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours until the milk is solidified and then cut into pieces.
Tips:
The papaya is more delicious when it is cooked. When papaya is digging the seeds, the inner wall is smoother and the finished product is more beautiful.
