Papaya Milk Jelly
1.
Gelatine tablets are soaked in water to soften; add white sugar to milk and heat it over low heat (don't need to boil, just warm it up);
2.
Squeeze the soaked gelatin sheet to remove excess water and add it to the milk
3.
Stir evenly with a spoon, let the gelatine slices completely blend into the milk, let cool for later
4.
Cut off a small part of the top of the papaya, then use a small spoon to gently hollow out the seeds in the middle
5.
Gently pour the milk into the papaya, close the top lid, wrap it in plastic wrap, and keep it in the refrigerator for two hours
6.
After the milk is completely solidified, take it out and cut into small pieces.
