Papaya Milk Jelly
1.
Prepare raw materials: papaya, milk, jelly powder
2.
Papaya cut in the middle
3.
Remove the seeds inside (the edge of the pulp will be better if you scrape it into an arc with a small spoon, I only noticed this problem after I finished it)
4.
Bring the milk to a boil, add jelly powder, you can add some sugar to taste if you like sweetness (note that you don’t put the flavoring in it, the sour flavoring will agglomerate when it meets the milk)
5.
Cool the cooked liquid for a while
6.
Pour into the papaya before it has solidified
7.
Cover with a layer of plastic wrap and wait for it to solidify
8.
Once formed, it can be cut and tasted, and it will taste even better when refrigerated
Tips:
1. It will look better if the edge of the pulp is scraped into an arc with a small spoon. I only noticed this problem after I finished it.
2. Be careful not to tilt when solidifying
3. It tastes better when refrigerated
